Purpose of data processing
The data will be processed for the following purposes:
a. conclusion and performance of an order/service agreement offered by the administrator or taking actions aimed at concluding a contract – the legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
b. fulfillment of obligations arising from generally applicable legal regulations – legal basis for processing Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;
c. legally justified purposes carried out by the administrator, including, among others, taking actions aimed at pursuing any claims, selling receivables – legal basis for data processing Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR;
Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be transferred to third parties who provide services to the administrator or cooperate directly with the administrator, including, among others:
a. business partners,
b. courier service providers,
c. forwarding or transport companies,
d. entities providing legal or debt collection services;
e. to a related entity.
Data retention period
Personal data will be processed for the purposes described in the section "Purpose of data processing" letters a, b, and c for the duration of the contract and the fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligations imposed by law, as well as for the period allowing for the pursuit of any claims in connection with the execution of the contract.
Providing the data is voluntary, however it is necessary for concluding the contract, and failure to provide it will result in the inability to conclude it.
The right to restriction of processing
You have the right to access the content of the data, to request its correction, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the event of a violation of personal data protection.
