But for all that we love nature, "new" camper vans don't want to do away with a bit of luxury and your favourite TV programmes. For such camper vans, the SKYRIDER Dome offers a perfect solution for TV reception. The SKYRIDER Dome is a mobile satellite antenna characterized by a compact design and easy installation. Once set up, the antenna automatically aligns at the push of a button, thanks to its electronic motor. The SKYRIDER Dome will find the satellite you have selected in 3 minutes at most, allowing you to enjoy your regular television channels wherever you camp, provided the respective satellite is in reach. The ten most popular satellites are pre-programmed in the controller unit, which is positioned inside your mobile home or caravan. Two additional ones can also be added. No manual adjustments to the antenna are necessary for future transponder changes. Thanks to its plastic hood, the SKYRIDER Dome is optimally protected against damage and weathering and thus ensures trouble-free reception despite its limited dimensions. Thanks to its compact design and its light weight of only 4.7 kg, the satellite antenna can be set up anywhere and can be easily dismantled. In addition, the antenna is powered directly from the control unit, so only one cable is needed for the device. The SKYRIDER Dome is available in both a single and, for larger mobile homes or caravans with two TVs, a twin version.
