This ultra-compact stand-alone multiswitch distributes two orbital positions (eight satellite blocks) to up to 20 subscribers and also allows for the input of either DVB-T/T2, DAB+, FM radio, or cable TV. The GigaSwitch 9/20 LAN also offers TECHNILAN support, enabling the distribution of internet and other network services throughout the house via the existing satellite cabling, thus providing connections for any network-enabled devices. Alternatively, the GigaSwitch 9/20 LAN is designed for the transmission of DOCSIS signals and is therefore ideally suited for the simultaneous use of internet and telephone services from cable network operators within the satellite distribution system.
